We are pleased to offer same-day flower delivery within the Fresno area, Monday through Friday, on orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Specific items may require additional time, but a majority of our collection qualifies for same-day service.
At this time, we do not offer in-person shopping or pickup, as we conduct our business from our private Design Studio, unavailable to the public. Additionally, all items are made-to-order; therefore, we do not carry an assortment of pre-made arrangements to browse through or for grab-n-go shopping.
Our Floral Design Studio offers primarily Designer's Choice and Custom Design arrangements, both of which are excellent options that ensure every piece we ever create is completely one-of-a-kind (unless ordering a matching set of multiples).
With Designer's Choice, more artistic freedom is allowed for the Floral Artist to create a beautiful design, implementing adept creative vision to translate the customer's specifications for theme and color preferences into something truly original.
Often, Designer's Choice is a more economical option, as more flexibility is provided when materials are sourced; we work within price point to provide the most visual impact as possible. This option can be thought of as a pleasant surprise.
Alternately, a Custom Floral Arrangement is similar to a Designer's Choice in that the Floral Artist creates an arrangement based on an expansive list of customer requests: specific colors to include, flowers to exclude, vessel type, and more. With this option, the client has a better idea of what to expect, rather than being totally surprised.
We offer scheduled flower delivery for Saturdays and Sundays, which occurs outside of our regular business hours. In other words, we are indeed technically closed on weekends, but have our fulfillment personnel take care of design and delivery for any weekend orders. On weekends customer service is strictly limited to communication regarding active orders only.
Same-day delivery is not offered on weekends, as it is challenging for us to source quality product outside of our normal weekday hours. Rest assured that although the materials used to fulfil a scheduled weekend delivery may be sourced on the Friday immediately before, we will never send out an arrangement that does not meet our freshness or quality standards.
